I am honored to be able to share a brave and safe space to work with individuals and their struggles. It has always been my passion to help and understand others' journeys. I offer ways to grow, build resiliency, and offer coping and healing strategies to get through tough times. Life can throw unforeseen events that can cause stress, isolation, and pain.
I offer individual therapy for a wide variety of concerns including anxiety, depression, intergenerational trauma, self-esteem, stress, COVID-19 related stressors, pain management, motor vehicle accident related stressors, sleep, suicide and crisis interventions, and chronic pain. I work using an integrative holistic client-centered approach that includes approaches such as Solution-Focused therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotion-Focused therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, Narrative Therapy and Psychodynamic Therapy.
I have years of experience supporting those in BIPOC (black, indigenous, people of color) communities, teenagers/young adults transitioning to university or college, and direct experience with the South Asian communities mental health issues.
