Life is hard. Reaching out to get counselling can be hard too. Yet here you are taking the first step to getting the support you deserve. That is an incredible sign of bravery and hope! My goal will be to work together in order to empower and enhance that strength and resilience already within. Through a non-judgmental, holistic, and client-centered approach, I want to support you to your goals – whatever they may be.
With a focus on exploring and managing your anxiety, stress, burnout, life transitions, or self-esteem, I’ll work with you one on one to find the life satisfaction you wish to see for yourself. By using cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), solution focused therapy (SFT), and mindfulness, we’ll put together a plan that will suit you the best. There’s no one size fits all approach, rather the best approach is to find out what clicks and roll with it!
