Redefining mental health care through empathy, connection, and personalized support.
OUR STORY
Meet our co-founders, Natasha Huff, a dedicated social worker and Marta Mackiw, a compassionate registered psychotherapist. Together, they lead Helping to Reconnect Counselling Services with a shared vision of redefining mental health care through empathy, connection, and personalized support. With a shared vision of redefining support, they set out to create a space that prioritizes empathy, connection, and personalization for individuals, couples, and families.
Since its founding, Helping to Reconnect has championed the belief that mental health care should address the whole person—psychologically, emotionally, physically, and spiritually. Natasha, Marta, and their team are dedicated to creating a supportive and accessible environment that empowers clients to heal, grow, and thrive.
In addition to their clinical work, Natasha and Marta are sought-after speakers, addressing vital mental health topics such as anxiety, burnout, depression, work-life balance, and stress at workplaces, schools, and community organizations. Their passion for raising awareness and fostering resilience has made Helping to Reconnect a trusted resource in the community.
