Helping to Reconnect Counselling Services was co-founded by Natasha Huff and Marta Mackiw in response to a strong need for mental health services within the GTA. They aim to change the way these services are provided by interacting with clients in an unconventional, non-judgmental, personable and empathetic way.
Natasha and Marta joined together in February of 2020 to create a mental health practice that is client-focused, compassionate and integrative in its approach. They, along with their fellow practitioners at Helping to Reconnect, aim to deliver counselling and psychotherapy services in a way that fosters psychological, emotional, physical and spiritual wellness.
Natasha and Marta have also been guest speakers at various workplaces, organizations and schools discussing various mental health topics such as depression, burn out, anxiety, work-life balance, and stress.
The clinicians at Helping to Reconnect Counselling Services embrace a wide variety of therapeutic techniques, and are committed to building a therapeutic relationship with you that is reliant on trust, empathy, safety, and guidance.
All services are covered through select benefit packages under social workers, psychotherapists and psychologists.
