I offer individual, couple and family therapy for a wide range of issues including; divorce/separation, domestic violence, trauma, grief, co-parenting, substance abuse, school refusal, family conflict, eating disorders and mental health (specifically, anxiety and depression).
I have assisted many couples and families in improving their relationships with one another, providing them with the ability to communicate, respect and understand each other better. I also supervise Child and Youth Counsellors, therefore, I am able to help if you have any concerns with your child under the age of 12.
I have been practicing as a Counsellor for 8 years. I earned my Masters Degree in Social Work through Wilfrid Laurier University and I am trained in Cognitive Behavior therapy, Emotion-focused therapy, Solution-focused therapy, Mindfulness and Narrative therapy. Certification in Trauma Counselling and Collaborative Problem Solving.
