I offer individual and couples counselling for a variety of issues using a collaborative approach, within a judgement free environment. Regardless of what is happening in life, prolonged suffering is not necessary. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, stress, depression, postpartum issues, obsessive compulsive tendencies, and self-esteem, I am here to facilitate you in achieving your goals. I believe that there is always light at the end of a tunnel, and this hope can be found with a bit of help.
The majority of my experience revolves around using Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectic Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness based approaches, and Existential Therapy. That being said, each person is unique and there is no one size fits all approach. We will work together to create a custom approach unique to you.
On top of providing therapy in English, I am also fluent in Greek and would be happy to conduct therapy in either language.
