Clients will be provided with a supportive and non-judgemental space to reflect on, and process presenting issues and behaviours that may be affecting life. I will work with you to set goals, develop coping skills, and strategies towards areas of life you would like to modify for better quality of living.
Working from a client-centered approach, I integrate strategies from various evidence-based therapeutic frameworks in order to offer individualized care, best suited to my client’s needs and identified treatment goals. My practice is centered around creating a safe and non-judgemental environment, focused on establishing a strong therapeutic relationship.
