There are times in life where we find ourselves feeling lost, overwhelmed, having
difficulty coping, or just stuck and unable to push through to where we want to be. My aim as a counsellor is work collaboratively with you to overcome obstacles and work towards your goals by listening, observing, reflecting, and sometimes, challenging you.
I provide individual therapy using an integrative approach, pulling tools from many
modalities such as Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT),
Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness Based Therapy, to support you in navigating life’s challenges and building resiliency in ways that speak to you. My commitment to you is that I will meet you where you are in your journey without
judgement and strive to get to know all the unique aspects that make you, you.
