As we navigate through life, it is inevitable that we will be faced with many challenges and obstacles along the way. Whilst most of these challenges may be manageable and tolerable, some can feel impossible to manage and overwhelming. No matter how big or small you may feel your problems are, connecting with a therapist can be a valuable first step towards change. I am a strong believer that with every problem or stressor we may face, there is always a silver lining and that we hold the power over our problems, they don’t control us. We are all unique and so I tailor and adapt my therapeutic approach to best suit your individual goals and needs. I use models such as CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy and Mindfulness-Based Therapy and work with couples, families, adults and children who may be suffering with a range of concerns such as depression, anxiety, anger, trauma, addiction, self-esteem, stress and grief. My style is collaborative and I believe that you are the expert in your life. You provide important insights into who you are, your values, outlook on life and what really matters to you. Our relationship is a key part of our therapeutic work together.
