Are you feeling stuck, unfulfilled, or struggling to find joy or meaning in your life? Are you experiencing difficulty at work or in your relationships? Do anxiety, depression, or past events have an impact on your day to day life? All of these things can impact our day to day functioning – the great news is it doesn’t have to stay this way! I provide a warm, non-judgmental, supportive space to explore what is going on in your life and help you find more ease in your day to day. I have experience providing psychotherapy to support people in managing anxiety, depression, trauma, life stressors, transitions, relationship issues, self-discovery, spirituality and more. I believe in offering a range of supports that provide you with options that work for you, and help you build on your strengths. My approach to psychotherapy includes trauma-informed care, a person-centered approach and can include elements of mindfulness as well. I am also trained in art therapy, and can include art as an optional adjunct to psychotherapy. I understand that reaching out for support can be a difficult decision, so I strive to create a therapeutic space that is safe, warm, supportive, and inclusive to people from all backgrounds. I am here to walk alongside you on your journey, supporting you in building on your individual strengths to experience healing and wellness.
