I believe that counselling can be the first step in enabling sustainable change to improve your overall wellbeing. No matter what you’ve been through, there is always a way to move forward, foster hope and begin to heal. To facilitate these changes my role is to provide you with empathetic support, collaboration, empowerment and provide you with the most effective tools to help you achieve your therapeutic goals and actualize your potential. In my work with clients, I take a holistic, person-centred approach to counselling. I use an integrative framework utilizing various evidence-based modalities such as, Cognitive- Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy.
