Going through life's many changes can bring about feelings of stress and isolation and I hope by working together, we can identify and work through those feelings.
I offer individual, and family therapy for a wide variety of concerns including anxiety, depression, inter-familial relationship issues, self-esteem, life transitions, and stress management.
I work using an integrative approach incorporating models such as Solution-Focused therapy, attachment-based frameworks, Cognitive Behavioural therapy, Narrative therapy as well as Mindfulness-Based therapy. I have over 5 years of experience supporting individuals with Anxiety, Depression, Autism Spectrum Disorder, FASD, and learning difficulties.
