For as long as I can remember, I have been passionate about helping people who are struggling in their relationships - including the one they have with themselves. I will walk alongside you without judgement as you make sense of the thoughts and feelings you are experiencing at this time in your life. Therapy can provide you with perspective, growth and healing through life’s challenges. Sometimes all you need is a compassionate ear and some helpful tools to get through it all! I am very personable, and my style is open and honest.
I use a client-centered approach to guide individuals, and I integrate approaches such as: Narrative, Cognitive-Behavioral, and Solution-Focused Therapy. I also have training in Emotion-Focused Therapy. Common issues I’ve dealt with are: depression, anxiety, self-esteem, unemployment, stress, trauma, grief, and marital/relationship conflict.
